jokes of the day
WOMAN'S PERFECT BREAKFAST
She's sitting at the table with her gourmet coffee. Her son is on the cover of the Wheaties box. Her daughter is on the cover of Business Week. Her boyfriend is on the cover of Playgirl. And her husband is on the back of the milk carton.
WOMEN'S REVENGE
"Cash, check or charge?" I asked, after folding items the woman wished to purchase. As she fumbled for her wallet, I noticed a remote control for a television set in her purse. "So, do you always carry your TV remote?" I asked. "No," she replied, "but my husband refused to do some shopping with me, and I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him legally."
WIFE VS. HUSBAND
A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to concede their position. As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs, the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?" "Yep," the wife replied, "in-laws."
WORDS
A husband read an article to his wife about how many words women use a day...
30,000 to a man's 15,000. The wife replied, "The reason has to be because we ! have to repeat everything to men... The husband then turned to his wife and asked, "What?"
CREATION
A man said to his wife one day, "I don't know how you can be so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time. "The wife responded, "Allow me to explain. God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me; God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you!
The Silent Treatment
A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM." He left it where he knew she would find it. The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."
Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.
God may have created man before woman, but there is
always a rough draft before the masterpiece.

have you ever tried ... GLUE?????
baru aja selese baca blog nya Luigi. eh jadi teringat waktu pertama kali makan papeda. Papeda terbuat dari sagu yang dicampur aer. waktu itu yg dihidangkan selain papeda adalah ikan kuah kuning dan nasi putih. melihat salah satu teman mengambil papeda bersendok2, maka aku dengan sok nya juga ikutan ngambil bersendok2 (yang ada di otakku waktu itu, kala mereka ngambil ampe banyak gitu pasti enak donk). terus terang waktu itu tertarik banget dengan papeda yang warnanya kecoklat2an. dgn sok pintarnya aku berasumsi kalau papeda itu dicampur gula jawa makanya jd coklat. lirik kiri kanan, loh kok campur ikan kuah toh. yah aku yang masih "perawan" dalam hal papeda-papedaan, ikut juga ngambil kuah kuning. can you imagine the combination between papeda and ikan kuah kuning? nevertheless, liur udah netes deh .. tes .. tes.. tes.. dgn semangat 45 aku suapkan satu sendok papeda lengket itu kemulut... TERNYATA ... hmmmm .. interesting ... wat is this thing? .... its tasteless .. and how come i couldnt swallow it ... hmmmm ... huk .... papeda nyangkut di leher ... akhirnya hrs didorong pake aer putih... dengan susah payah aku berusaha menghabiskan papeda yang masih numpuk kayak bukit di piring dengan bantuan entah berapa liter aer... seorang teman yang ternyata sudah memperhatikan aku dr tadi mengajurkan kalau dibuang aja tuh papeda. yah gimana donk, kan enggak enak ama tuan rumah ... dengan susah payah berjuang selama setengah jam akhirnya aku menyerah ... no more papeda please .... kata orang2 hrs lbh sering makan papeda biar terbiasa ... kayaknya aku enggak bakalan deh biasa makan lem kenyel yg enggak bisa digigit dan gak berasa itu ... tp emang sih practice make perfect

is love blind or it just make you lose ur mind?
these days have not been easy for some people (that I know). when you are in love with someone, sometimes you just dont want to see the truth, you just want to see what you want to see. maybe deep inside you know that the other person doesnt love you, but you refuse to acknowledge it. at the end, when you realize that there is no hope for both of you, you "kind of" give up, you just accept what is left for you...
my question is: is it worth it? all the effort? all the intention? the heart ache when you "just" realize the truth? all the if question (if only i listened to my friends' advice .. if only ... if only ...)?
Honestly speaking I dont think I can answer that questions. Maybe because I have never been in love (like really really in love)?
... my deepest sympathy my friend. from the bottom of my heart i really wish you all the best. just want to let you know that I'm here for you, hugs ...

new phone and new office
Darn darn .. i just accidentally delete my posting .. ok I will write it (again)
A lot has happened during the last 2 months. Mainly is about my trip to Raja Ampat, the people, my feelings, the HOT gossip and about durian .. hehehe the heaven fruits that not so many people (especially foreigners) like. I actually had a chance to visit SOLOL, one of the villages in R4 that produces durian. Its just piling up and we can buy it with a very yummy price, as yummy as its taste. I have soooo many pictures that I want to share from my trip, but with this internet connection .. hmm I don’t think I want to waste my time uploading it … maybe one day
Anyway , I sold my Samsung mobile in Sorong with a very good price and changed it with a new Sony Ericsson. Actually I also like the new Nokia, but its much more expensive and has less features (that I like) compare to Ericsson.
And … for this week I move to Kuningan. So you can find me at the Royal Danish Embassy, sitting alone at the back of the embassy on the 25th floor of Menara Rajawali with the high wall of JW Marriott as my view … sigh …
Its so quite here and I kind of like it cos this way I can concentrate. Unfortunately, all my works and files are at my computer at antasari’s office. But I dont to be here forever of course….
Still coughing ... one of my parents' friends also has the same problem. coughing everytime she is in Jakarta. She went to the Ear, Nose & Throat Center in Jakarta and one of the specialist told her that she is very sensitive to Jakarta's dirty air and the doctor suggested that she should live abroad where the air is "supposed to be" cleaner .... im not joking, the doctor actually told her that .. well, i dont mind at all move abroad as long as someone is paying for my expensense hehehehehe
